Add Mirror to your home screen
A smart camera mirror that works offline, respects your privacy, and launches with one tap -- like any other app.
Install instructions
Installing on your phone? Select iOS or Android above.
On iPhone or iPad, Mirror installs through Safari's share menu.
- Open this page in Safari. (Mirror installs from Safari only -- Chrome and other browsers on iOS cannot install web apps.)
-
Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen."
- Tap "Add" in the top-right corner.
Mirror appears on your home screen like any other app. Tap to launch.
On Android, Chrome usually prompts to install Mirror automatically. If it doesn't, here's how to install it manually.
- Open this page in Chrome.
-
Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Tap "Install app" or "Add to Home screen."
- Confirm by tapping "Install."
Mirror installs as a standalone app. Launch it from your home screen or app drawer.
On desktop, Chrome and Edge can install Mirror as a standalone app that launches in its own window.
-
Look for the install icon on the right side of the address bar.
- Click the install icon.
- Click "Install" in the confirmation prompt.
Alternative method: You can also open the three-dot menu -> "Cast, save, and share" -> "Install Mirror."
Mirror opens as a standalone window and appears in your applications.
Using a different browser? Mirror is a PWA -- most modern browsers support "Add to home screen" or "Install app" from their menus.
Private by design
Mirror runs entirely on your device. Your camera feed never leaves your phone -- no uploads, no tracking, no analytics, no account required.
